BYK-SILCLEAN 3700

BYK SILCLEAN 3700 is a silicone-containing surface additive for solvent-borne coating systems to improve the easy-to-clean effect. It is a solution of a silicone-modified polyacrylate that is hydroxy-functional and provides a permanent effect after cross-linking. BYK SILCLEAN 3700 increases the hydrophobic and oleophobic properties of coatings which significantly improves the water- and oil-repelling behavior. It also brings about reduced dirt adhesion with simultaneously increased easy-to-clean effect. When used in the industry, BYK SILCLEAN 3700 enhances substrate wetting, leveling, surface slip, water resistance, anti-blocking properties and weather resistance.
