BYK-W 907

BYK W 907 is a wetting and dispersing additive that improves filler wetting and increases filler loading, especially for highly filled composite materials. BYK W 907 has been specially developed for systems filled with a very high amount of inorganic fillers. The additive improves the wetting of the fillers and allows the already high filler load to be increased further, thereby reducing the total costs of the formulation. The reduction in resin content is 5-10% depending on the formulation. The mechanical properties, especially the flexural strength, remain unaffected. BYK W 907 additive provides benefits like cost reduction and maintaining mechanical properties for advanced material applications that require high filler loading.
