EMC-100 is a blend of food grade emulsifiers for margarine. It contains Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids (E475), Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E 471), Polysorbate 60 (E435), and antioxidants Alpha-tocopherol (E307). EMC-100 improves creaming ability of cake margarine, improves cake batter stability, and prevents separation of sugar syrup in buttercream.
