PELLETHANE 2363 80AE is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer developed for Advanced Materials applications. PELLETHANE 2363 80AE offers high tensile strength and elongation along with excellent abrasion resistance and compression set properties making it suitable for parts requiring durability. The product exhibits a Shore A hardness of 85A and tensile strength of 28.9 MPa along with 650% ultimate elongation providing robustness. PELLETHANE 2363 80AE also demonstrates low compression set of 30% at 25°C and 80% at 70°C retaining elasticity over time under compressive loads and temperatures, beneficial for Advanced Materials components seeing repetitive motions and cycles.
