ROKOGEL 40204

Rokogel 40204 is a free-flowing powder, off white to yellowish, based on a blend of citrus fiber and pure refined agar. Citrus fiber is a dietary fibre obtained from citrus fruits after the juice, oils and pectin are extracted. Agar is a natural polysaccharide extracted from various types of red seaweed (Rhodophyceae), mainly Gelidium and Gracilaria. Rokogel 40204 is a food grade functional system for the production of stirred, drinkable and Greek yogurts and creamy desserts.
