SPECTRASENSE BLACK EH 8082 (L 0082) is a Perylene black pigment for infrared-transparent coatings. Against traditional carbon blacks, the high NIR transparency enables the creation of effect and straight shades over reflective substrates to improve LiDAR reflectivity across a range of colors & angles and to lower object surface temperatures in sunlight. SPECTRASENSE BLACK EH 8082 (L 0082) provides advantages over current state-of-the-art NIR transparent products thanks to a breakthrough neutral hue for white & metallic reductions and improved color strength while maintaining durable Perylene performance, enabling the creation of darker shades.
