SYLVATAL 25/30S
SYLVATAL 25/30S Distilled Tall Oil (DTO), with a 25 30% rosin acid content, combines the advantages of fatty acids and rosin acids. Fluid at room temperature and have low saturated fatty acid content and monocarboxylic acid functionality. Applications include lubricant, metal working, oilfield chemicals, soaps and cleaners, alkyd resins and varnishes. DTO's are compatible with other liquid fatty acids, vegetable oils and soluble in alcohols, aromatics, esters and ketones, and insoluble in water.
