β-Carotene 10% CWS/S consists of β-Carotene uniformly dispersed in a matrix of Modified Food Starch to produce a reddish, fine granular powder. dl-α-Tocopherol is added as antioxidant. β-Carotene 10% CWS/S can be used as colouring matter in pharmaceutical preparations.
