PHARSQ BASE DS 20

PHARSQ® BASE DP 20 is a high-purity Dicalcium Phosphate Anhydrous (DCPA) specifically engineered as a high-performance filler and binder for the pharmaceutical industry. Physically, it appears as a white, odourless, and tasteless fine crystalline powder with excellent whiteness and high chemical stability. Unlike many organic fillers, it is non-hygroscopic and contains no water of crystallisation, making it the ideal inert carrier for moisture-sensitive APIs. As a filler-binder, it is used primarily in solid oral dosage forms such as tablets and capsules. In tablet manufacturing, it is particularly valued in direct compression and wet granulation processes because its "brittle fracture" mechanism during compaction ensures high tablet hardness and stability. Because of its inorganic nature, it is highly resistant to heat and environmental stress, ensuring a long shelf life for the final medication.
