CER-FCP9010G is a FluoroCeramic powder blend of 90% PTFE and 10% hexagonal Boron Nitride (hBN) developed by Ceramic Reinforced Technologies for grease applications. Made with patented Cerflon technology, CER-FCP9010G combines the desirable properties of a fluoropolymer and ceramic to provide properties unequaled individually. Hexagonal Boron Nitride reinforces the PTFE matrix, resulting in significantly higher durability and wear properties even at elevated temperatures, while preserving critical properties such as dielectric constant and chemical inertness. CER-FCP9010G offers thermally conductive and electrically non-conductive properties making it an ideal solid lubricant powder for applications requiring components to withstand high pressures and temperatures without failure or energy loss. Its white non-toxic nature and high lubricity also make CER-FCP9010G well-suited for industrial processes where contamination control and friction reduction are important.
