BYK-SILCLEAN 3701

BYK SILCLEAN 3701 is an epoxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane additive that improves cleanability and reduces dirt adhesion. BYK SILCLEAN 3701 permanently cross-links with epoxy resin systems to increase hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. This sustainably and extremely effectively enhances easy-to-clean performance. BYK SILCLEAN 3701 also improves substrate wetting, leveling, surface slip and water resistance of epoxy resin systems. It has no foam-stabilizing properties, eliminating the need for defoamers. BYK SILCLEAN 3701 provides long-lasting dirt-release and stain-resistance benefits when incorporated into epoxy resin formulations. Its cross-linking mechanism ensures the enhanced properties are maintained over the lifetime of products.
