ESTANE ZHF 80AT3 NAT 056 is an aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane used in extrusion and molding applications. It offers high tensile strength, ultimate elongation and tear resistance making it suitable for demanding applications. ESTANE ZHF 80AT3 NAT 056 has a hardness of 80 Shore A and density of 1.136 g/cm3. Its high Vicat softening point of 69.2 °C and UL94 V2 flame rating make it durable for use in high temperature environments. ESTANE ZHF 80AT3 NAT 056 requires drying at 80°C for 3-4 hours prior to processing. Its recommended starting extrusion temperature profile ensures uniform melt flow for consistent performance in end products.
