OPTIGEL-WH

OPTIGEL WH is a rheological additive produced from natural, colloidal aluminum silicate. It provides thixotropic properties and is most beneficial when used in combination with other rheological additives to produce desired viscosity and flow properties in formulations. OPTIGEL WH is economical and heat stable and contributes to excellent sprayability. As a fraction of the cost of cellulosic thickeners, OPTIGEL WH is a shear tolerant additive that provides high low-shear and low high-shear viscosities. It allows formulations to maintain viscosity and flow over a wide pH range and is enzyme-proof and chemically stable with co-solvents. OPTIGEL WH is suitable for applications requiring these benefits.
