BYK-015

BYK-015 is a silicone-free, polymer-based additive that provides defoaming and anti-popping properties for aqueous formulations. BYK-015 has a good defoaming effect, particularly in pigmented aqueous systems, and prevents boiling marks. The virtually clear product does not contain alkylphenol ethoxylates and the hydrophobic solids do not settle. BYK-015 is recommended for use in applications where a bubble-free surface is required such as industrial liquid coatings. It helps create a smooth, even finish when applied.
