Many disorders are caused by an insufficiency of digestive enzymes. Incomplete digestion of starch in the small intestine can cause digestion problems, as it will be utilised by undesirable micro-organisms naturally present in the colon. Amylase 826MDP is used in dietary supplements primarily as a digestive aid to help the body break down complex carbohydrates and starches into simpler sugars for better absorption. Amylase 826MDP should be used at a dose rate of 10 - 100mg per tablet depending on the exact application. Features/Benefits • Rapid starch digestion • Activity : 30,000 U/g alpha-amylase • Convenient for tableting • Works well at gastric pH • Suitable for vegetarian • 15 times the starch digestive power of NF Pancreatin
